  1. LL Bean Women’s Sweatshirt: This is one of my favorite sweatshirts. Wear it at home or out on errands. I bought this a few months ago in navy and want it in almost every color now :-) Get comfy and cute with this LL Bean Sweatshirt this winter.

  2. Atomic Habits Book: Instead of making New Years Resolutions or goals, let’s focus on creating healthy habits! This is the PERFECT book to do that. I read this a few months ago and still find myself putting in strategies I learned into my daily life in order to improve myself and my habits. Don’t let the day run you, you run the day…and your life!

  3. Veegoal Water Bottle: If there is ANYTHING we can do to improve your health this VERY minute, it is to drink more water. I prefer drinking out of glass. I don’t know, I think it tastes better :-) and this cute eco-friendly, machine washable water bottle is the perfect addition to increasing your water content. Drink early and often, this water bottle should become best friends with your phone aka you have it with you to drink ALL the TIME!

  4. KettleBell: Since we are doing so many thing, it can be hard for us wonder women to get to the gym 3-5x/week. Hello to easy quick and effective home workouts. The kettlebell is one of my favorite, versatile items from the gym and have one sitting in my bedroom right now. Kettlebell swings, squats, lunges, snatch, presses, sumo deadlifts, the list can go on and on. Try this at home workout. 4-5 rounds: 15 kbs swings, 12 kb squats (hold kb in front), 10 burpess

  5. YOU are a BADASS 2020 Day-to-Day Calendar: I am buying this for myself I love this so much and you or your wonder woman will as well. Some motivation and humor everyday to keep you motivated and wonderful.

  6. Nordstom Moonlight Pajamas: In order to be our wonder woman self, we need our beauty rest. When was the last time you bought some comfy beautiful pajamas for yourself. Treat yourself or your wonder woman with these insanely comfortable pajamas, I promise they will not disappoint and they have them in short sleeved/shorts as well.

  7. Zen as F*ck Journal: Last but VERY not least, is the Zen as F daily journal. It is for the badass type of wonder woman (who isn’t this though). Journaling is a great way to stay present, stay motivated and stay the course to goals, growth and healthy habits. Want to change up the lame 5 minute journal, try this one on for size.
